DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT.
You can ask us to delete your Apex Elite Challenges account and the personal information associated with it at any time. Below is how it works and what to expect.
Use our secure contact form — we'll verify it's you, then permanently remove your account.
WHAT GETS DELETED
- Your account profile (name, email, photo, age, gender).
- Your fitness data (rep logs, calorie logs, run/walk/cycle/swim logs, XP, streaks).
- Your challenge enrolments and progress history.
- Your leaderboard entries and personal-feed posts.
- Your vouchers and any saved checkout sessions.
- Stored email and notification preferences.
WHAT WE MAY HAVE TO KEEP
We may retain a minimum set of records where the law, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations require it — for example:
- Stripe payment records (held by Stripe under UK / EU financial regulations — typically 7 years).
- Anonymised log lines for security, abuse, and fraud investigations.
- Tax invoices we are required to keep on file.
These records do not contain your active account profile and cannot be used to log you in or contact you for marketing.
TIMELINE
Once we've verified your request, your personal information will be removed from active systems within a reasonable period — typically within 30 days, and always within the time period required by applicable data-protection law.
IN-APP DELETION (COMING SOON)
A self-service "Delete Account" button is on the roadmap and will be available from your Account → Details page. Until then, the email route above is the official channel.
