Read once. Print if you must. Then go to work.
- 011000 PUSH-UPS / 30 DAYS
Complete one thousand push-ups within thirty calendar days of joining the challenge.
- 02SPLIT HOWEVER YOU WANT
50/day, 100/day, 250/day — your rep distribution is your call. Just hit 1000 by day 30.
- 03FORM IS NON-NEGOTIABLE
Chest close to floor at the bottom. Full arm extension at the top. Anything else doesn't count.
- 04DAILY LOG REQUIRED
Log your reps every day you train. Use the dashboard, the live counter, or video upload.
- 05PROVE IT WEEKLY
Submit at least one short proof video per week (we'll check randomly via the AI counter).
- 06CATCH-UP DAYS ALLOWED
Missed a day? No problem — make it up before the 30-day window closes.
- 07CHEATING = DISQUALIFIED
Half reps, fake logs, or AI-flagged form failures pull you off the leaderboard. No appeals.
- 08PULL-UPS & SQUATS COUNT TOO
Optional cross-training reps log to the same total but push-ups remain the headline metric.
