FITNESS LIABILITY
WAIVER.

• Muscle strain or soreness
• Joint injury
• Cardiac events
• Illness
• Disability
• Permanent injury or death

You voluntarily choose to participate in all activities and assume full responsibility for all risks associated with your participation.

APEXELITECHALLENGES does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All content, including workouts, challenges, nutrition guidance, and AI coaching, is for general informational and fitness purposes only.

You should consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any exercise program.

You agree that:

• You are physically fit to participate in exercise activities
• You will not perform any activity beyond your personal ability level
• You are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition during exercise
• You will stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or distress

The Platform may provide AI-generated fitness recommendations, guidance, or responses.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete
• It is not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice
• You use all AI guidance at your own discretion and risk

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge APEXELITECHALLENGES, its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for:

• Injuries or medical conditions arising from participation
• Damages resulting from use of the Platform
• Losses related to workouts, challenges, or coaching content
• Any claims arising from user-generated or AI-generated content

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APEXELITECHALLENGES from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your participation in activities on the Platform
• Your violation of this Waiver
• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Injury or harm caused to yourself or others

We do not guarantee:

• Fitness results
• Weight loss or muscle gain
• Performance improvements
• Challenge outcomes
• Rewards or rankings

Results vary depending on individual effort, health, and conditions.

You are solely responsible for:

• Your physical health and safety
• Your exercise decisions
• Your participation in challenges
• Ensuring you exercise in a safe environment

The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and older.

We do not knowingly allow minors to participate.

This Waiver is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood this Waiver
• You voluntarily accept all risks
• You agree to release liability as described above
• You understand this Waiver affects your legal rights
